kids weren’t feeling great today.  luciano came up this morning and helped make protein balls, you know…oats, honey, peanut butter, coconut, and of course, dark chocolate chips.  we played with kids for a little bit, minus alex.  luciano made popsicles, and came back up in the evening to share the treat he had made us.  it was a nice relaxing day.
