august 2009—-2009/2010 school year!
So I skipped blogging the first day of school, which was August 31st. My camera unfortunately wasn’t on the correct setting, so the pic’s are grainy. But at least we have some pic’s! Alex is in 5th grade, Madison is in 3rd grade, Camden is in 1st grade-but does second and third grade work with Madison, and Nadia likes to hang out and play!
This year thus far has been so enjoyable. Last year was a bit more stressful, with a newborn, learning a new curriculum with a school-room full of hands-on things I was trying to learn, along with copying/laminating/cutting over a thousand hands-on nomenclature’s for lessons. It was worth it though, Montessori is a wonderful way to learn, and we are grateful to be able to do this with our children. It is paying off, all the work that was put in, because now I can go to the file cabinet, and pull out what we need. I love waking up and spending time, learning, growing, and teaching these sweet girls! What a blessing!
